Recently it was harder to get through, but today I through in less than a minute and I placed my order. I cannot say enough about this company. In today's times where Customer Service has gone out the window their product is perfect for my brother and dealing with them makes everything so easy.

I've been using the G3 system for a couple of years now. I have pulmonary hypertension, but I remain very active.I would like to comment on the incredible customer service I've gotten. The first year I found that the backpack was defective. It was replaced with no hassle. I called yesterday about my concentrator having problems. I actually received a new one in less than 24 hours!!! I couldn't believe it!! Thanks Inogen.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Jennifer Hall for the outstanding job she did. I truly hope Inogen realizes what an asset she is to the Inogen Team. My Mom is 88 years old and was diagnosed with Covid and Bi-lateral Pneumonia. All together she spent 6 weeks in the hospital and skilled nursing fighting for her life. To put it in perspective, Doctors told us she had a 25% chance of surviving. Long story short, she is home now but still has some residual Pneumonia which requires she stays on oxygen as she continues to recover. She came home with the home type oxygen concentrator with a hose that let her maneuver around the house dragging the hose behind her walker. I saw this as an accident waiting to happen as she wrapped the hose around her feet all the time. I started doing some research on portable units and liked what I learned about the G5. I knew I wanted to go direct with Inogen. I made contact with Jenn and she took me from knowing nothing about the unit to being comfortable with it the day we received it. I have no idea have many hours we spent overall with phone calls, emails and texting but it was a lot. Mom now has the freedom to move about the house without the potential risk of falling due to the hose wrapping around her feet. She is so happy with the freedom. I can tell you that I now am breathing easier as she moves about.
Jenn, thank you so much for your guidance, support and knowledge. Day one with the G5 has already been a major game changer in her quality of life and safety. I am so thankful for the time you spent with me in making this important decision.

I am a former US Army Staff Sergeant and a retired Law Enforcement Officer and I'm also 68 years old and if truth be told, I violated my body's warranty a long time ago. After an injury at work caused me to retire, my physician put me on Oxygen Therapy in 2006. My HMO didn't support portable concentrators so I was stuck with Liquid Oxygen tanks for my portable oxygen. Those LOX tanks are bulky, heavy and at my setting, have only about 4.5 hours per tank. So, if I were to travel any distance I'd have to haul 2 tanks and if I were to stay overnight, I would have to either rent a concentrator or make arrangements for LOX supplies somewhere along the way. Needless to say, I didn't travel far, didn't do much and that made me feel useless. I put off getting a portable concentrator for a long time. Why? I have no clue but now that I have the Inogen One G4 unit I know what I can do now.
We have a green house, chickens and we like to travel when we can. I got the G4, set it up (it was simple and easy) and I began to do things around the house. What a difference the G4 made for me. Normally I get short of breath and have to stop what I'm doing and just catch my breath. With the LOX bottles they were always getting in the way, getting hung up on doorways and furniture but the G4 isn't like that. It's easy to use, lightweight and supplies the O2 that I need. Today, Sept 20th, 2021 I went to the feed store and got supplies. I was able to carry a 50lb bag of chicken feed from my vehicle to the house because the G4 helped me breathe properly without weighing me down. The G4 has set me free... or at least has allowed me to do things again. I look forward to traveling with my lovely wife Jamie...something we haven't done for many years. I think we'll take a road trip to Las Vegas so we can renew our vows with Elvis, and of course with my Inogen One G4 at my side.

Oh I love my Inogen, my life has totally changed. I’m able to go anywhere I want now. When I’m in the car I just plug my Inogen in and off I go. It’s fantastic!

When I was told I had to stay on oxygen I did not want to have to deal with the bottles and always wondered if I had enough oxygen. If I could add more than one photo you would see me in a mine on a big horse drive and doing water aerobics.

Upon receiving the Inogen 5 in December 2020, my husband Grant was able to drive to and from Yuma, AZ where he enjoyed the month of February in a warmer climate. While in Yuma, Grant celebrated his 85th birthday plus his and Donna's 65th wedding anniversary. Back home in Idaho, the portable oxygen allows us to attend church and enjoy friends and family functions.
