Remove Battery to Cool – Inogen One G3
Is your Inogen One G3 showing a “Remove Battery to Cool” error message? If so, you may be overusing the battery. You should follow the troubleshooting steps found in the Inogen One G3 User Manual or call our Customer Care Center at 1-877-466-4364. You may find that it is time to replace your battery with a new one.
In order to avoid any disruption with your portable oxygen use, it may be ideal to order an extra backup battery. It’s very important that you have a battery that is in good condition, and even better if you have backup batteries available.
